At Ocean View we endeavour to make your admission as relaxed as possible. Our Directors of Nursing will be happy to meet with you and your family prior to your admission to discuss any needs or concerns you may have.

On arrival to Ocean View you will be welcomed by our healthcare team and shown to your room.

You will be asked to provide information on your health and general well-being, this enables the nursing team to formulate a care plan with your participation. The care plan will be individualized to ensure your personal care needs and will provide directions to all members of the multidisciplinary team who will be caring for you.

Your care plan will be updated at 3 monthly intervals with your participation.

CONTRACT OF CARE

By agreeing to take up residency at Ocean View you will be required to sign a contract of care within one month of admission.
